About: Our office is based in Progress Road, Leigh on Sea and we are an established business since 2017. As an adviser of over 25 years, I have seen many changes in the industry and have solved problems for many clients over the years in all areas of housing finance. I completed my CeMAP exams in 2000 and have worked for lenders as well as giving advice independently. In 2017 I completed my Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER) and since then have helped many older clients with Equity Release or found alternative solutions for them. I pride myself in providing a "hand holding" service to clients and to be accessible to them as much as possible to answer questions and make the process as stress free as possible whether they be a First Time Buyer, Mover, Remortgaging, a property investor or someone in their later years of life looking for property finance.

Regulations: We are registered and authorised by the FCA and are appointed representatives of TMG Direct Ltd. Registered with the Equity Release Council to advise on later life lending including Lifetime Mortgages and Equity Release.
