About: I have worked in the mortgage industry for 30 years after starting my career as a mortgage I provide face to face home visits at a time suitable for my clients, or teaSantander. My focus is on helping people through the mortgage process by providing a personalised mortgage and protection package that suits their requirements. I believe it is important to understand every detail about my clients to ensure they are comfortable with the whole process from application, legal processes to picking up the keys to their new home. My business is built on strong foundations , knowledge of various lender criteria, understanding my clients goals and aspirations, genuine care for my clients, recommendations and referrals. I am happy to visit clients at their homes, team meetings or clients can visit my office, whichever suits their needs. I look after clients Nationwide and pride myself with providing a bespoke, first class service for all my clients.
