About: Most of my clients come to me after they’ve already been told no. Usually because their situation doesn’t fit neatly into a high street lender’s criteria. That could be self employed income, buying through a limited company, multiple properties, or needing bridging to get a deal done quickly. I left the military in 2014 and moved into financial services, working with clients from all sorts of backgrounds. Over time, I’ve naturally ended up specialising in the more complex cases — the ones that need a bit more thought and the right lender rather than just a quick application. I work across a wide range of lenders, including specialist banks, to structure deals that actually get through. No overcomplication, no pressure — just clear advice and a focus on getting the right outcome.
